Having a reiki session with your baby is an amazing experience! Since the nature of Reiki is deeply relaxing and calming, these sessions can help to reduce stress and worry. They can help deepen your connection with your baby, release fears surrounding pregnancy & birth, and can help you to have more restful sleeps, as well.
