I see this work as an extension of my reiki practice. All of the study, yoga, self work, reiki, and attunements have led me to this path.
Over 4 years ago, I embarked on a miraculous journey into motherhood alongside my husband, a path that led me to nurture and raise my two children & fall giddy in love with birth. Each of their birth experiences became a profound teacher, unveiling layers of my strength and power. Through my two births, I realized that birth isn't just something that happens to you. Birth simply IS you because it comes from you. I learned to trust my instincts, unpack the fear, advocate for myself and my babies and the immeasurable value of a strong birth team,
From the moment I experienced my first birth, a calling whispered within me, guiding me towards supporting other women in their birth journeys. It wasn't until the birth of my second baby where that whisper became a roar.
My mission is to serve as a birth doula in the greater Philadelphia area, ensuring every woman I serve feels trusted, protected and cherished throughout this extraordinary chapter of their lives.

Step 3. You'll have 24/7 on call access to me at 37 weeks until baby arrives, plus 1 postpartum visit.
Step 2. I'll send you my contract + doula/client responsibilities to review & sign. Then you will have 2 prenatal visits with me in the comfort of your home. We will use these prenatal visits to get to know each other so that we are well acquainted before sharing the intimate journey of your birth.

Step 1. Prior to this call, you will be sent a pre-interview form to fill out via e-mail. We will then connect on the phone or through zoom to see if we're a good match!
